Envision

It is a condition for success that all ISS employees share the same vision for the ISS future and thereby ensure all employees work towards the same objectives. The common understanding in ISS is promoted through explicit corporate values a common corporate vision, defined operational strategies and efficient communication.

Educate

Training will be an integrated part of daily operations, and is critical for the growth and success of ISS. Employees are trained both locally in each country and centrally at the ISS Service University. Training at the ISS Service University is designed to contribute further to building our ISS corporate culture, enhance the development of skills, increase knowledge-sharing etc.

The ISS International Career Exchange (ICE) programmes are integrated into the ISS Service University, and their aim is to facilitate knowledge transfer between countries and to train employees.

Empower

A common understanding of goals, continuous training and up-to-date information about business performance will help us delegate responsibilities, powers and competencies. ISS is a decentralised organisation that encourages each individual employee to act and assume responsibility.

Energise

Committed and determined employees shape the ISS Group’s performance. ISS rewards employees who show entrepreneurship, energy and the ability to achieve results.
